Our castle and museum areas are accessible to people with walking difficulties and wheelchair users. Please call the ticket office (on the telephone number +39 0472 758 121) beforehand so that we can open up the rear entrance, not normally accessible to visitors, so that you can drive up to the castle by car. The staff will be pleased to help you during your museum visit.

There is a lift to each floor. The toilets are barrier-free.

People with disabilities receive reduced admission upon presentation of a disability card, and the registered required accompanying person has free admission.
